The staff at this location is awesome and very efficient
I love that they check you out while your sandwich is still being made, this speed things up quite a bit they did everything accurately they even asked the extra questions to see what else I needed on my sandwich as I did have specific request for what was on the sandwiches

I'm going to be frank here, the sandwich was good, but the place is filthy. There were six people hanging out in the back, filling oil bottles and discussing their Frappuccino they got from next door. Then, there was some dude on break (I presume) who sat at the both adjacent to mine and proceeded to hang over the seat into my space...and every other table was empty.
Not sure who manages this place, but they should be ashamed of whoever was on the schedule at 3PM, Saturday (June 9th) and they should be embarrassed by the state of this dining room.
Just sad! -

I'm going to start off by saying that I love the sandwiches here. However, it seems that there is little management oversight of the employees. They usually seem over staffed, but end up having employees standing around not doing much.
My real complaint however is their lack of management with online orders. I've placed orders through their app and even called in an order once to this location and the orders are always either wrong or not even prepared when I arrive.
I'd like to see better management as a whole here and vast improvement in the online ordering. Franchise owner or GM needs to get involved asap. -

I'll give it three stars just because the sandwiches were good. However, the service wasn't.
There were probably 6 employees behind the counter that preferred to converse with each other than us. Nobody else was in line. We explained that the fountain sodas were all flat with no carbonation. They said okay... That's was about it. Didn't offer to fix or help. Then out of frustration we walked out without our chips. Won't go back here again. -

I shadowed my CIO friend at work the other day, and both of us went here for lunch. I wasn't hungry enough to grab lunch at the time, and it was jam-packed (not a lot of dining options around here, I'd surmise) -- but after 3pm on weekdays I've been told, customer density drops dramatically -- I grabbed a Big Kahuna giant cheesesteak to take home for dinner, and it was sooooooooooo delish. I love Jersey Mike's bread (so soft and flavorful), and I looooooooove their cheesesteak fillings. Service was with a smile, I asked a few questions and they were answered politely...and everything was served up quickly. I did not see the option at this location on the overhead menus to have your sub (fixings) made into a salad; but that is an across-the-board option at Jersey Mike locations. [I was also running on, no joke, 3 hours of sleep, so I *may* have overlooked it. I didn't see it, though.] If you want a delish cheesesteak option, or other options like cold subs, this is a great chain to visit -- just be prepared for the lunch hour jam here. :o
